We have been building decks, sheds and remodels for New York homeowners for fifteen years. In that time we have learned that most of what separates a good build from a bad one happens where nobody is looking. Footing depth. Flashing. Whether a tile run lands square in the corner.

We keep the workload small on purpose. Fewer jobs at once means we are not rushing yours to get to the next one, and it means you are dealing with the same people from the first phone call to the last coat of stain.

If a repair makes more sense than a rebuild, we will say so. We would rather lose the bigger job than sell you something you do not need.
